Can I ask you for help with a thing?

I have written a book and your input would mean a lot to me.

I’m not asking you to read the entire thing, but a chapter or two and since it’s a quick and easy read it won’t take long.

What’s in it for you?

But mostly I’m thinking it could be a bit exciting to help shape a book before it’s released, so when you see it in a bookshop or in the hands of someone you can always think ”I was a part of that.”
